We listen closely to your health history, symptoms, and goals so we can understand the full picture — not just your pain.
We perform hands-on tests to assess joint motion, nerve function, and movement patterns.
We evaluate how you stand, walk, and move — looking for structural or functional imbalances that could be contributing to your symptoms.
We don’t guess. If imaging is necessary, we take precise digital X-rays to see what’s really going on with your spine. We include x-rays with your neck in motion so that we see not only what it looks like static, but also in motion.

We’ll walk you through what we found — from X-rays to movement patterns — and what it means for your health going forward.
With the X-Rays we take, we pinpoint which joints still have movement and which are static. This allows us to be more precise with our adjustment as well as with our care plan.
You’ll get a clear, step-by-step care plan built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. We want to get people out of pain quickly, but long-term correction is our ultimate goal.
We’ll cover: What’s causing this? Can it be fixed? How long will it take? What does success look like?

The first step is restoring proper motion to the spine and joints. We use chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work to free up restricted areas and reduce nerve interference, laying the foundation for long-term healing.

Once mobility is restored, we work on improving posture, balance, and core control. This phase helps the body hold adjustments longer and retrains the nervous system for better movement patterns.

Finally, we build lasting strength to ensure long-term results. Targeted exercises and routines help you maintain spinal health and live an active, pain-free life.

Restore motion and take pressure off the nervous system. These gentle, precise adjustments are the foundation of how we help people move and feel their best.

We don’t just adjust the spine. Knees, shoulders, wrists, ankles — if it moves, we can assess and improve it to support better function and healing.

Not typically. We believe in doing our due diligence first—your initial visit includes a thorough exam, digital X-rays if necessary, and a detailed review of your health history. This allows us to understand the root cause of your issue and ensure any care we provide is safe and tailored specifically to you
Yes, we’re in-network with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have a different provider, we can give you a detailed superbill to help you file for out-of-network benefits. That said, many of our patients find our self-pay rates to be straightforward and more convenient than dealing with insurance.
Definitely not. Our goal is to get you to need us less, not more. That said, many people find that even after their pain is gone, the ongoing benefits—like improved mobility, better posture, and nervous system support—make wellness care worth continuing.
